Beautiful location for this apartment with sea view located 100 m from the Grande Plage. The center of Carnac-Plage and its shops are about 500 m, thalassotherapy 1 km, the supermarket is 750 m.
Auray and its train station are about fifteen kilometers.
Duplex apartment of 35 m², located on the 1st floor. This property includes:

"Rien à redire ! Un super appartement : idéalement situé (5 à 10 minutes max de l’avenue commerciale, idem pour le supermarché, 30 secondes de la grande plage), on peut tout faire à pieds (même le vieux bourg, qui est à moins de 30mn à pieds). Il est joliment aménagé, la chambre est au calme (attention, pas de volets pour les amoureux du noir complet…) et la mezzanine est parfaite. La salle de bain n’est pas grande mais largement suffisante, et on ne manque de rien. Seul bémol : la propreté n’était pas parfaite, mais cela reposait sur les précédents occupants. "Très bon séjour ds cette petite résidence tout près de la belle promenade de la grande plage de Carnac. La situation de la location à côté de la plage, le balcon et la chambre en mezzanine.
