Small private residence composed of some semi-detached houses, located in the heart of Carnac-Plage in a quiet area just 650 m from the main beach (beautiful white sand beach of more than 1km). Children’s club and sailing school 1 km. Tennis club 2.5 km. Thalassotherapy center 1.5 km.

Semi-detached house 3 rooms of 55 m2, pleasantly furnished. Small garden with terrace furniture and parasol.

On the ground floor:
Well equipped kitchen area with electric hob and oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker.
Living room with sofa, television; sliding door opening onto the garden.
W.C. with hand basin.
Floor:
Two bedrooms with respectively a bed 140 cm and 2 beds 90 cm.
Bathroom with bath and sink.

Parking: 1 place per house.
WIFI

Arrival: 16h-18h Please inform in case of late arrival.
Deposit: 250 € to be paid on site
Charges: electricity included in the price of accommodation from June to September. Outside this period, charges charged in addition (meter reading).

"Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison avec 2 enfants. Elle est bien aménagée et bien équipée. Les chambres à l'étage sont suffisamment grandes. "Maison mitoyenne à Carnac avec petit jardin, très au calme. Situation idéale pour aller à la plage ou au Centre-bourg à pied, avec parking privé. La maison est très bien agencée, et nous avons beaucoup apprécié pouvoir avoir facilement un lit parapluie et une chaise haute pour notre bébé. Rapport qualité-prix excellent. Tout était parfait!" Terrasse agréable au calme, maison bien située à mi chemin entre plage et Carnac bourg, le tout accessible à pied.

FeWo mit guter Einrichtung, abgewohnt! Nur eine Toilette im Erdgeschoß.!Die Lage ist in Ordnung.

location super bien placée. Certains mobiliers devraient être changé par exemple la télé (qui fait un bruit d'enfer) et le wifi qui n'existe pas) , un petit sommier (lattes de cassées) une couette qui était tachée . Voir également le problème d'ordures .Container dans la copropriété jamais vidé alors que les gens mettaient des ordures et que la consigne était de les mettre à l'angle de la rue (ce que nous avons fait) voilà
