Petit déjeuner avec une vaisselle en carton, c est le client qui doit s occuper de débarrasser son petit dej (du jamais vu ! ) dans la sdb 2 petites serviettes , compliqué de s essuyer avec des serviettes qui servent en général uniquement à se sécher les mains et non pas tt le corps, pas de savon au lavabo , pas de tapis de douche. Il me semble que l hôtel est géré par des propriétaires qui sont pingres (le petit dej est à l image de ce que je viens de dire) et j ai peur de dire que le client n est pas au cœur de leurs préoccupations. Quand on lit les commentaires sur Google et leurs réponses, je m aperçois que rien ne change car certainement ils restent persuadés qu ils sont sur le bonne voie , et bien non !!! Je peux me permettre d’écrire ces remarques compte tenu du nombre de nuitées que je fais tout au long de l année. Heureusement que beaucoup d hôteliers se sont remis en question pour un service irréprochable même s’ils ont dû augmenter leur tarif. Cet hôtel est bien situé avec une deco plutôt sympa mais il faut que les propriétaires se remettent en question absolument !

Goed hotel op doorreis met ruime parking en airco

Goed hotel voor kort verblijf op doorreis, vlakbij ziekenhuis. Ruime parking. Uitstekende douche. Half uurtje wandelen van centrum. Buitenzwembadje. Gewoon ontbijt, met wel veel karton ( borden, bekers) Goede airco. Eenvoudig restaurant met tapas, goede desserten.

Personnel désagréable, aucun sens du commerce… la réception très peu ouverte. Aucun sens du service au client… on veut privilégier les petits établissements familiaux résultat catastrophique ! Les groupes ont au moins un cahier des charges plus satisfaisant ! FUYEZ !

JUST AVOID THIS HOTEL.

We arrived at 7.30 pm. The door was closed as well as the reception shutter. Two guests were in the lobby and saw us coming towards the door and opened it. As we could not see any reception, we took the lift to the first floor which was a room floor. We went down, trying to call the hotel and the reception was opened. The receptionnist jumped on us and asked why we did not read the message on the door and called her as shewas on the floors following the death of a client. Since we did not had a chance to read it, we tried to explain that guests opened the door for us. She went on barking at us all kind of nonsense. She had an answer for everything. I asked to be reimbursed for the night and offer to move to another hotel as we were not welcomed. She told us that she could not do that as I had booked on expedia. As a matter of fact as an hotelier she could not undertsand why I was going through a platform to book and not contact the hotel directly. I got a full load of unpleasant comments and a threat to call the Police as I supposedely threaten her. Suddenly a older lady came and told me that client was not king and the 2 of them continued although I was asking for my room key card as I just wanted to relax. What a nightmare scenario. The room was ok. The temperature is controlled from reception. There's no heater in the bathroom. Bed mattress was good but pillow too soft. Hotel is pretty quiet. Based on the experience and other similar comments. Just avoid this hotel.

Mon accès à cet hôtel a été refusé 1h30 avant mon arrivée sous prétexte que je n’avais pas été informé de mon arrivée tardive. Je comprends que votre politique actuelle ne permet pas de faire des exceptions, mais il serait plus professionnel de contacter les clients à l’avance pour connaître leur heure approximative d’arrivée. J’ai reçu un appel après l’heure limite de votre politique, m’informant qu’il ne serait pas possible de me recevoir et que je devais trouver un autre hôtel. Étant en déplacement professionnel en train depuis Lille avec un réseau téléphonique limité, j’ai été très surpris par cet accueil !!! Dans d’autres établissements, il est courant de proposer le dépôt d’une clé ou d’un code d’accès dans une boîte à l’accueil ! Ce n’est apparemment pas le cas chez vous ! Quant à la personne à l’accueil, elle m’a presque envoyé voir ailleurs, pour rester poli ! Il serait peut-être temps de revoir votre "POLITIQUE" !!! Bon courage aux prochains clients, car il semble que je ne sois pas le seul à être mécontent 😁

Belle établissement mais attention sur le service

Séjour convenable, dommage qu'il n'y avait pas de chambre avec un grand lit mesurant 1,91m un lit simple était un peu juste, nuit correcte tout de même malgré un mistral qui n'a pas cessé. des doutes sur le fait que l'hotel soit complet... Petit déjeuner correcte servi à 7 H15 un peu tard pour les clients d'affaires, point noir le prix du petit déjeuner 14 € je m'attendais à plus de choix par rapport à d'autre établissement ; oeuf, jus de fruit frais par exemple ...

Déçue, Plus jamais !

Personnel pas très accueillant ni souriant. Je dirais avoir l'impression que c'est une affaire familiale qui essaye de ne pas s'écrouler. On croirait qu'on les emmerdent. Une odeur juste insupportable à l'entrée comme si une personne avait vider son parfum sur lui mais c'est bien l'odeur de l'hôtel. La musique du bar / restaurant à fond... Mouais! Odeur pas très agréable non plus dans la chambre qui ne part pas même après aération. Propreté zéro. Réglage de la température impossible. La ventilation se calme vers 23h et se rallume vers 6h. On entend pissé le voisin d'à côté. Donc... Non, je ne reviendrai pas.
