We are known as the 'Worlds safest Beach'. Just 12 miles South of Santa Barbara and 90 miles North of LA. A winning combination of location, quality and price!

We loved staying here. It had a full refrigerator, a nice living space, dining space, and the bed was very comfortable. The area was quiet, and we loved that it was 2 blocks from the beach. Mark provided all the info. needed for our relaxing vacation. We would stay here again.

Relaxing beach vacation

Excellent location to beach, town, SB. Carpinteria is a perfect winter escape to sunny days and peaceful adventures. Mark was very responsive to our questions.

We really enjoyed this smartly appointed condo, a block from the beach. Accommodations were comfortable and complete. Nice complete kitchen, the best bed ever and we loved the big thick bath towels. The condo grounds are beautifully kept. Carpinteria is a quaint yet hopping little town, great eatery selections, farmers market and shopping all within walking distance. Our hosts were most informative. We loved this place!

Wonderful location and communication

Our recent stay at Mark's property was probably the best VRBO experience we have had. The property better than listed and Mark was extra helpful with local suggestions. The area was quiet and right next to the beach and within walking distance of downtown and restaurants. It was also great to have reasonable check in and check out times. We will definitely book again if we are in the area.

Charming Carpinteria

Wonderful location, close to beach and downtown. Very well appointed and lots of useful tourist information. Would happily stay here again- highly recommended.

Nice location

A short walk to the beach with all the necessary beach gear for you. Very clean and quiet neighborhood. Very convenient to downtown shops and food. Perfect family get away!!!

Perfect Location

We had a fantastic stay. This condo is in the perfect location, one block to the sand and a short walk into town. The condo itself is perfect for a couple or family of 3. It has everything you need including beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys. The beds are comfortable and the place is very clean. Mark was very easy to work with and very accommodating. We will definitely come back to this place.

It’s all right in the area for you. The beach, shopping, groceries, and restaurants.

Best location

My husband, 18 month old and I had a wonderful stay here. We rented bikes from a company the owner suggested and were able to ride or walk everywhere easily in town. There were beach chairs and umbrellas available. The top space was big enough for a pack & play - the only disappointment was having to bring our own. But the owner answered me immediately when I inquired about it. We will definitely be back!! Cutest little town.

Amazing location

This place was way closer to the beach than we thought! You can see the ocean from the street. The owner gave us an early check in and check out so we could really enjoy our visit the whole weekend. The place was extremely clean and even had extra blankets to keep us warm. We enjoyed the huge selection of dvds too. You have to bring all food related items that you’ll want—we thought there would be condiments but they didn’t have any. Not a big deal though. Will totally stay here again given the opportunity!

Delightful escape

The property was ideally situated to easily walk to the beach for morning strolls, all day lounging, and romantic sunset viewing. The chairs and umbrellas were easy to carry, in good condition, and comfortable to use on the beach all day. Mark was wonderful in his communication, especially involving things outside his control such as grid maintenance on one of the days. I felt like we had all the information to be prepared, comfortable, and a very supported-level self sufficient during our stay. The king sized bed was wonderful and I really appreciated the decent quality pillows. When we return to this area there is no question of where we will stay because I would absolutely plan our trip around this property’s availability.

Nice week in Carp

We chose this place most for price and location to the beach. It was adequate for our needs, just my wife and I. If you can't climb stairs every time you need to use the restroom, you might struggle a bit. Other that that it worked well.

Love Carp!

VRBO is a great location in Carp - just about a block from the beach where we celebrated the solstice! The apartment was well maintained and clean. Walked to bookstore, restaurants and shopping! Missing it already.

Great beach getaway!

This place was great for a little weekend away with our small family. Everything we needed was provided, and we were walking distance to the beach, playground, shops, and restaurants. The complex is quiet too and parking and accessibility was very easy. We would love to stay here again!

The lovely duplex was perfect for us. We cooked meals, took long beach walks and shopped in Carpenterias Main Street. All within walking distance. A lovely place for a recharge and rest. .

Awesome Location, perfect spot for a couple!

Mark’s Carpinteria condo was exactly what we needed. A clean, quiet and comfortable home base while we visited Carpinteria and explored the area. Close to Ventura, Santa Barbara, and under an hour from endless hiking trails with amazing views and gorgeous beaches. The bed was incredibly comfortable (and we’re both quite picky). Mark was responsive and available, should we have needed anything, and there’s a wonderful beach and walking path under two blocks away. We plan to stay here again next time we’re in the area.
