Villa facing south, panoramic sea ideally located in enclosed grounds of 1800 M2 trees in quiet residential area, less than 1 km from the small Provençal village, the beaches and the charming port of Carqueiranne.
Infinity pool 12m / 6m with small sandy beach on a large terrace facing the sea. Recently renovated house with living room (large screen TV) and kitchen (American fridge) overlooking Second terrace facing south.
4chambres double bed. 2 bedrooms 2 beds 1personne.
Young and old can enjoy a pleasant holiday in a quiet but close to many attractions. AIRPORT HYERES 15mn.
RENTAL LOW AND MIDDLE SEASON: rent for 4, 6 or 8 people. Rates on request.

Great accommodation and very friendly hosts

Fantastic views from all terraces and living rooms, especially from the infinity pool down over the harbour. The location is perfect for trips to Saint Tropez or Marseille and of course to the beaches. We can highly recommend this property!

A beautiful house and pool with wonderful specification

We loved the house and location. It's in a quiet, residential neighbourhood close to the town and beach with spectacular views over the Mediterranean and nearby Porquerolle Islands. Everything is immaculately maintained and fantastically well specified. The perfect base to explore the magical Var region or spend time simply relaxing around the pool.

Schöne Außenanlage mit tollem Pool. Auch im Haus war alles in Ordnung. Die Küche gut ausgestattet. Der Eiswürfelzubereiter war super Der Meerblick war unschlagbar. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub.

Très bon séjour passé dans la maison ! Les espaces extérieurs sont supers, la piscine est très grande avec une vue à couper le souffle.Hôtes disponibles rapidement en cas de besoin. Espace intérieur un peu plus petit, mais pas gênant vu qu’on est essentiellement à l’extérieur.

Traumhafter Garten mit Meerblick

Wir waren in den Pfingstferien als Großfamilie mit insgesamt 11 Personen dort. Der Garten ist ein echter Traum. Eine tolle exotische Vegetation mit vielen großen Palmen und einem herrlichen Blick aufs Meer über den schönen und großen Pool. Das Gebäude liegt in einem sehr ruhigen und gewachsenem Wohngebiet und ist dementsprechend auch schon älter. Die zwei Etagen sind über eine Außentreppe miteinander verbunden. Wir hatten tolles Wetter, deshalb war das nicht weiter störend. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und großzügig. Die Top Surfspots liegen ganz in der Nähe und sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder.

Haus in traumhafter Lage mit herrlichem Pool

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und waren viel am Haus und im Pool. Man kann von allen Sitzplätzen ( es gibt 3) den herrlichen Blick auf Carqueiranne und das Meer genießen. Wünschenswert wäre ein zweiter Sonnenschirm am Pool, um mehr Schatten zu haben. Wir waren zu 9 Erwachsenen dort und waren letztendlich froh, dass wir das Haus nicht komplett belegt hatten. Eines der Zimmer ist nämlich ein Durchgangszimmer mit Etagen- und Einzelbett. Definitiv nicht für 12 Erwachsene geeignet. Im Fazit würden wir aber jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Perfekter Sommerurlaub

Tolles großzügiges Anwesen, dass in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend liegt. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, um einen schönen Sommerurlaub zu verbringen. Highlight ist definitiv der große und tiefe Pool. Da will man das Haus gar nicht mehr verlassen und schwimmt mit Blick auf´s Mittelmeer. Herrlich!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage mit herrlichem Meerblick. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Unsere Kinder hatten riesigen Spaß in dem großen Pool. Zu den Stränden waren es mit dem Auto auch nur 5-10 min. zu fahren. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert und es lohnt sich wieder zukommen.

This great villa was even better than shown on the pictures. Perfect stay for two familys, one on each level. Beautiful garden and safe for children. Breathtaking view! Easy access to cute little town with beach, harbour and some restaurants. Car will take you to amazing island Porquerolles for biking and snorkling. Although we could easily have spent every day by the big infinity pool with specatcular sea view! Very helpful and friendly housekeeper and owner, always keen to help. Highly recommendable, next time we'll stay longer!
