"We really enjoyed the property and we were pleased with the cleanliness of every area. The noise from fellow guests was a problem for all. Not sure how you solve that issue, but in a glamping tent environment, the property really needs to enforce quiet hours."

"This is a super cute, unique, newly renovated/refurbished motel property with a retro vibe that is worth checking out if you’re in the area to check out CSU, or anything near the downtown FC area! The beds were comfortable and roomy enough. Great lobby with coffee and cold water and snax. Staff is super friendly and welcoming! I did find a few issues with the cleanliness of the floors in my room, but, not terrible. A few kinks for them to work out as far as housekeeping is really my only issue. Otherwise, a comfortable stay, great location, good restaurant on property and super unique!"

"This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. We choose this hotel because of the location on our travel route to CO. It’s conveniently located off the interstate and has an Outback Steakhouse across the parking lot. The Staff was very nice both times. The breakfast was good selection and breakfast area is nice. Our room was updated as far as decor, bedding etc. which was nice and for the most part was clean. I’m pretty picky on cleanliness so I notice the little things. Bathroom shower is older but had wall amenities of shampoo, body wash etc which was nice. Only real complaint we have is the room has terrible musty smell/odor. It kind of takes away from the updates and also makes you feel like you’re in an old hotel. If they can do something about this it would help greatly with overall impression of hotel. One huge added touch is the fresh cookies made each day—they’re wonderful!"
