"When I checked in, there was a very friendly and helpful receptionist from the Philippines. I do not remember her name. However, the service from her was really good. She helped me figure out where I wanted to go and and she took a lot of time just to make sure that I felt confident in the city of Madrid. She’s really a good staff person to keep.
