Great location for River walks, shopping, bars and restaurants. There is an area for coffees, pastries and ice creams which is a nice touch. Also a great patio for drinks etc. Lovely dinner area and great service. Breakfast was very generous and tasty; Samantha was exceptional. Room was clean and comfortable but the toilet was weird and located too close to the sink. Amenities for women could use improvement - need body lotion and better shampoo/conditioner; it was the worse I ever used and I wished I hadn’t washed my hair there. At checkout we were told we owed a balance. Glad that my husband asked why we owed $ instead of just paying because it turned out to be a mistake on their side. The hotel lobby area was very warm and comfortable and Luka who checked us in was fantastic.

From the moment I walked in the greeting at check in was brilliant and continued throughout. However, the hotel staff went above and beyond after I had checked out and left something behind. Thank you to all involved you really made a difference to my stay.

First time staying in The Landmark Hotel as I was in the vicinity for a conference! Although, the Kellys always prided themselves on exceptional standards, and given my Mother was a former member of staff in its heyday, I was given a room that shouldn’t have been used for guests! The bathroom had major issues with tiles about to come off the wall, the sink area not thoroughly cleaned to a high level of standards and the furniture was outdated and the curtains had bad stains on them! The best part of my stay was the exceptional staff at breakfast and again in The Boardwalk and reception! Left feeling disappointed by the stay.
