"We had a King room with full kitchen. Perfect for the 2 of us. location was walkable and bikeable to National Mall. Plenty of restaurants on waterfront and easy access for tour boats. Breakfast was fine. Staff very friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend."

"Staff at check in were very friendly. The staff running the breakfast in the morning however, seemed very bothered to be there. Very unfriendly.. The pool was the main reason for booking this hotel, you could smell the chlorine, I’m assuming the levels were high as it was hard to breathe and my kids started coughing and were getting irritated skin after being in for a short period. There is a piece of paper in the pool room for chemical levels that never got filled out in the 5 days we stayed. The rooms were nice, very spacious. I did not find the beds or pillows to be comfortable. Overall, disappointed in the quality of this Hilton property."

However, I would be remiss not to give a specific shout out to Sarah in the International Lounge. She was so pleasant, and welcoming each night. We would definitely stay at the Washington Plaza again."
