The Space:
The Buena Vista community is located in an enviable elevated position above La Manga Club’s North Golf Course.



This fabulous fully air conditioned apartment has 2 bedrooms – each with its own ensuite bathroom - and a convenient additional cloakroom facility for guests. The fully equipped and spacious accommodation has contemporary furnishings throughout, is on one level and has easy access from the nearby allocated parking space.



The large open plan lounge/dining room has a large TV and a Bluetooth speaker, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan. Patio doors give access to the large terrace, with amazing views both to the Mar Menor and Mediterranean seas, and to the golf course and the mountains. There is plenty of space on the terrace to enjoy breakfast whilst watching the sun rise, or enjoy preparing a feast on the gas barbeque in the evening.



Both bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a 180cm king-size bed and patio doors lead to the large terrace. The 2nd bedroom has twin 90cm beds which can zip to a 180cm king-size bed. Another great bonus for this apartment is the inclusion of fly screens at many of the windows. And of course, free wifi is also included.



The large community pool with separate kiddy pool is close by (access via steps), giving plenty of opportunity to spend lazy days relaxing in the sun.
