Loved this hotel! Very spacious and the staff is very friendly. The buffet style breakfast had so many options and very tasty. Location is really close to the airport. I would recommend to stay here.

Room was clean and comfortable.. nice and cool for the weather access to the beach but you must pay to sit a the Beach chairs FYI… Breakfast switches up just a little but the same each day mostly good breakfast though. My only issues were my refrigerator didn’t work and didn’t get changed until Day 4 of my vacation after asking several times and the safe had to keep being reset. Other than that it was a nice stay… uber was cheap.

The hotel is relatively well maintained, but there are signs of aging. The beachfront is public and therefore unusable. Danger, permanent annoying vendors make a beachstay impossible. Even the police came to warn us. Service at the restaurants quite slow, except breakfast where the coffee guy was superb. Not a full Radisson experience, but ok for a stay in Cartagena.

Everything was great. Very nice and clean hotel. Great location. Rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. The Concierge Ms. Mendez was extremely helpful and polite. Would strongly recommend the Radisson in Cartagena.

My time at this Hotel was short 3days but it was very good. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful, extremely courteous. They only have one Restaurant on premises but the food was great. I will definitely stay here again. Also I received my VIP upgrade to a VIP suite and it was great, king size bed and very comfortable and clean.

Viviana and Eliana were great going above and beyond to be sure the stay was comfortable. Diana at the front desk was super friendly and welcoming on check in. Everyone extremely professional. Hotel is safe and clean and food was good with different options. Breakfast buffet was delicious with everything very fresh. But if you ever travel to Colombia or Peru etc. you know the food taste so much better here.
