We booked the Condor Suite (with a pool) and had a fantastic stay! The staff is quick and courteous, the rooms are well equipped and clean, the beds are comfy and the showers are good. The breakfast was tasty and we enjoyed the rooftop views. My only critique is that the showers didn’t have closed doors so water would spill out at times. Overall, 5/5, I would highly recommend this place and stay here again!

This hotel truly has it all: spotless cleanliness, a warm and modern atmosphere, and a sense of comfort that you feel from the moment you arrive. What really sets this place apart is its staff. They are kind, diligent, and incredibly knowledgeable. Always willing to help, they offer great recommendations and make you feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The location is also perfect—central, safe, and very convenient for getting around. In summary, a wonderful experience. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing experience!!! This hotel looks brand new. The place is beautiful, very modern maintaining the magic of the traditional Cartagena. The service was great, Laura, from reception, was the best turist guide that we could get. She knows the best places to visit. Finally, location, location, location!! The hotel is just a few steps from the main turistic attractions such as the "Torre del Reloj". In conclusion, I have stayed here twice and I already want to come back. My stay at Townhouse Boutique Hotel Cartagena was wonderful from start to finish. I had a few booking issues upon arrival, but Jesse and Laura at the front desk handled everything within moments. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly impressed me and set the tone for my visit. For fellow Americans, communication is easy — most of the staff speak fluent English and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The room was modern, stylish, and full of personality, with fun artwork and clever design touches. Though not huge, the space was efficiently arranged and spotless, making it both cozy and practical. Everything worked perfectly, and I appreciated how the décor reflected Cartagena’s creative energy. The rooftop bar was easily the highlight of my stay. Located on the 5th floor, it offers a cool escape from the city’s heat, with refreshing coastal breezes and a vibrant atmosphere. The menu was exactly what I hoped for, and the staff up there were friendly and attentive. Overall, the Townhouse Boutique Hotel blends modern comfort with great service and a fun, welcoming vibe. I’d absolutely stay here again — whether for the rooftop views, the excellent staff, or simply the relaxed energy that makes Cartagena unforgettable.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits à l’hôtel avec nos deux enfants. Nous étions dans une suite. C’était vraiment mieux qu’espérer. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable. Nous avons apprécié la décoration et les déjeuners compris à tous les matins. La vue sur la terrasse sur le toit et magnifique et nous avons profité des piscines pour se rafraîchir avec les enfants en après-midi. Même si elles sont petites, c’était agréable. Il y a eu de la construction dans la chambre au-dessus de nous mais les bruits ont arrêté lorsque nous avons écrit à l’hôtel sur whatsapp. Je ne sais pas si c’est une coïncidence. Le bruit dans la rue n’a jamais été un désagrément majeur. Nous avons également profité d’une journée au Apple beach hôtel gratuitement étant client du Townhouse. Ce fut une journée très agréable. Nous recommandons cet hôtel pour les familles. Nous avons eu un merveilleux séjour.
