"Kevin and Paula are the sweetest couple. Hotel is located across from Kellogg Park and it's so quiet there. Paula offered a free room upgrade since it was our anniversary weekend so we ended up with a king bed and the largest bathroom on the property! Breakfast provided is very basic: bagels, cereal, toast, donuts, coffee however on the first morning there was homemade banana bread. YUM!!! "First room reeked of pot smoke. Moved to second room and dresser was broken with boards lying on the floor and the ac wasn’t cooling the room at all. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times in the past but this time has left me rethinking ever staying here again."

Secondly, and perhaps most importantly for many people. This was $89 a night and so many hotels within a 10 mile range or over $200-$300 per night before tax. And that would include many average two and three star hotels which is ridiculous. This hotel should really be a four star hotel if it does not already rated as four stars."
