Some renovations are required. Bathroom door lock and shower handle broken. Had to request towels and paper as no came to clean the room. But other than that a nice place, good food and good location.

Nice Hotel, close to the beech and to public Bus

stayed there 2 for days early Oct. and 1 day Late October.. In 2013 Morocco has too many hotel rooms for the number of tourist. This Large 4 star Hotel was only half full. I liked it, we had a good time, but all the tourist hotels appear to be hurting. Nice swimming pool.

I will send a formal conplaint. I was promise a reliable internet connection. I had a program to teach and unfortunately, the internet connection got cut off more than 25 times which rendered tue teaching very hard. When I talked to front desk, they said there is nothing they can do.

Non capisco come possano dare 4 stelle ad un hotel che non ne merita neanche 3. Per predisporre la fattura, con nominativo errato, venti minuti e così mi hanno fatto perdere il treno. Personale completamente impreparato e ambiente squallido. Televisione del 1980 con canali solo arabi e francesi. Da chiudere.

Malheresement pour les personnes présentes ce jour a la réception 05/11/2013 (23h00) j'ai mes parents qui sont marocains donc je comprends bien voir tres bien le marocains .. des notre check in les 2 homme et la femme présente ne nous salu pas ni du regard ni d'un geste amical ! La femme assise a jouet sur son portable dit a ses colegue quel a tro travailler dans la soiree donc quel ne soccupera pas de nous ... ce quel a appliqué assez rapidement en allant sasseoir sur les fauteuil du hall 76 euros pour la chambre sur hôtels.Com 40 euros de supplement a l'arrivee je ne sais pas pourquoi ou je payer ou je fesait demi tour

Location, location, location!

Great penthouse view of the ocean right in the middle of everything. The room was cleaned everyday and the staff was helpful. Nice breakfast. The only bad thing was that the AC was not working.

Let's make this clear, YOU ONLY PAY FOR THE VIEW! I had a normal to small usual hotel room, with a balcony. If you can't get a sea view, try another hotel. Its expansive because of the location, absolutely not because of the services. We had no toilet paper, no towels, climatisation did not work, broken television, etc. BUT, what a view... It was awesome, we spent the entire night watching at the boulevard under us with the Atlantic in the backgroud. a lot of noise, cars klaxoons, activity. You can feel the city living its course! There is also a nice and calm pool area on the second floor.

A good hotel. Great Location, fabulous staff

Our stay at this hotel was very comfortable and felt very safe. The staff were very helpful indeed and the amenienties were very good too i.e the resturanst, pool. The breakfast provision was great. A real good stay for the whole family. cleanliness of the room could be with a little more effort and that would be my only complaint. The location was ideal! the area was very cosmopolitan and we were within walking distance to the attractions, resturants, beach or the pool park. A good stay if you're with the family or single or couples. We would definiatly stay there again.

aucun service !

nous avons séjourné 1 seule nuit à l’hôtel suisse de casa fin août 2013. c'est un beau et grand hôtel, c'est propre, mais le personnel n'est vraiment pas aimable et le service laisse à désirer... lorsque nous sommes arrivés, le personnel était dépassé, on a dû patienter presque 3/4 d'heure pour qu'ils téléphonent à Expédia car ils avaient égaré notre réservation, ensuite on a eu une chambre différente de celle prévue, il n'y avait qu'1 serviette dans la salle de bain, il manquait le lit bébé que nous avions demandé lors de la réservation... nous sommes redescendus à la réception pour demander serviettes et lit bébé car le téléphone ne fonctionnait pas... puisque nous allions à un mariage, nous avons demandé s'ils pouvaient nous prêter un fer à repasser, ils ne pouvaient pas... nous sommes rentrés tard du mariage (4h) et avons été réveillés 2 fois le lendemain matin (9h et 9h30) par la femme de ménage qui est entrée dans la chambre avec sa clef électronique sans frapper... bon, ils ont quand même été sympas car lorsque nous sommes arrivés à la salle des petit-déj à 11h elle était fermée mais ils ont quand même accepté (en râlant !) de nous donner un thé/café et quelques viennoiseries pour que l'on puisse manger un petit quelque chose avant de partir... par contre, même si la chambre était propre, nous avons trouvé un petit cafard dans le lit bébé (il devait être stocké dans une remise...)... nous ne sommes pas difficiles d'habitude, mais là, ça fait beaucoup !!!

L'hôtel se situe à côté de la Corniche, c'est déjà un point fort si vous voulez nager, les chambres sont propres, calmes, les gens qui se trouve à la réception sont gentils !
