Michael, the valet on duty at arrival and departure, was outstanding and provided truly professional service. Unfortunately, a serious incident on April 23, 2026 overshadowed our experience. An evening valet/bell staff member dropped my husband’s leather bag in their storage room, damaging his MacBook Pro and Aura device. The total damage exceeds $2,100. We immediately reported the incident and completed all required insurance forms. However, it has now been over a week with no response from management. Calls and emails have gone unanswered. This has gone beyond property damage. My husband relies on his equipment for work and is now incurring lost wages due to the delay. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable for a Hilton property. We hope this is resolved promptly, but if not, we will be forced to escalate the matter further, including legal action if necessary."
