Guests are required to sign our rental agreement. Up to 2 dogs may be allowed. Dogs must be pre-approved for this stay.
The garage is not accessible. No smoking in the house. Checkout is at 11:00AM. Late checkout (6PM) for $99 is available with prior approval.
A security deposit hold is required prior to arrival of $200 and will be released 5 days after checkout.

We had wonderful stay at this cozy home located in just the right spot, just what my husband & I needed for a mountain escape close to the lake. And experienced a summer thunder storm & rain that was so refreshing. We will stay again! A big thank you to our wonderful Host Heather for being so helpful!
