I loved our room! It was perfect for our anniversary. The jetted tube was huge! The location was perfect for exploring downtown even in the freezing weather. Plus all extras they throw in to make your experience AMAZING!

The staff was never at the desk when I needed her. The room was not cleaned before we came. There was trash still in the can, makeup on the pillows and the door looked like it was kicked in and didnt close properly.
