"Clean rooms each day great staff"

"I could not get change from the front desk to do laundry, so I wound up going to a local laundromat, which was way more expensive than I anticipated. After two days of doing that, I had to just go to the local bank, and because I was not a customer of the bank, they wouldn’t give me quarters either. After the first night, I did not get towels and trash liners for the second day (we stayed 6 nights), and when I got in at 10:30 pm, I had to go to the front desk, and I got them myself. "I had a handicap accessible non-smoking room. The chairs were hard. The bed was nothing but a mattress on top of a thin springs that every time you sit on the bed, it felt like you were in a barn, and the mattress was hard and uncomfortable to be handicap accessible they still had nothing but a bathtub with handlebars to get in and out of the tub person with a wheelchair could not get into it just like me I couldn't take a shower because I could not lift my legs up underneath the bathtub instead...
