"The location of the hotel was ideal for the length of our stay and the areas and activities we were doing. The room was very basic. It was large enough to have accommodated having a couch or other seating options beside just the beds and a single kitchen-type chair, which would have made the stay better. The bathroom was strangely designed and awkward to enter but adequate. We appreciated an early check-in but the room hadn’t been fully cleaned so we had to ask for anew bath at and towels. We also appreciated the later (1 PM) check-out. However, the front desk did not communicate this with the cleaning staff who entered at 11:30 AM and wanted us to vacate."

"Excellent location Clean and pleasant staff Average breakfast but excellent service Front desk unable to book me a taxi Suggested Uber or walk down the street to get one Apparently the taxis outside prefer to go to the airport Quality of WiFi not good Despite all that enjoyed the stay."

"Thanks to Edvin and the rest of the front desk team. The hotel’s located in the center of a very busy and popular square. Numerous shops and restaurants available. We felt safe walking around. There was some concerns about being able to get transportation to the port for our cruise. We just had to walk a short distance down to the circle by the Colom statue. Be aware that there’s a €25 taxi surcharge added to get to the port. The prepaid breakfast was worth it."

"Very clean hotel and helpful and willing staff to assist. The breakfast was fantastic with fresh squeezed orange juice and menue on top of buffet meals. The only minor issue was WifI could be patchy that could easily be fixed."

"I arrived from my flight early. The staff held my luggage with great service! The breakfast staff was excellent as I kept oversleeping due to extreme jet lag. They kept breakfast warm to the last minute and great coffee. Thank you!"
