Nice house on the canal

Mooi huis met mooie tuin. Wij kwamen voor de 2de keer naar dit huis. Dit bij Empuria en dichtbij Roses. Uitstekende uitvalbasis voor dagtrips naar Barcelona, Girona, Figueres, Cadaques, Empuries en nog vele ander bezienswaardigheden in de buurt. Een bezoekje aan de CAVA van Perelada is ook zeer de moeite waard. Het huis is zeer ruim en met mooi zwembad en privé gelegen van de omliggende huizen. De infrastructuur is iets rustieker maar goed onderhouden. Spijtig dat de wifi apart betalend is. Eventueel een tweetal fietsen zou handig om naar het centrum of winkel te gaan dat op wandel afstand toch min 20 min stappen is.

Schön aber Platz nach Oben

Schönes Haus tolle Außenanlage. Nachteil war der große Orleander am Pool der viel Sonne holt, somit ist der Poll etwas kühl und auch immer sehr schmutzig. Da der Poolreiniger unregelmäßig kommt, war das Wasser tagelang grün und trüb. In einem Zimmer war Schimmel, aber das war zum Glück kein Schlafzimmer, sondern eine Ankleide. Die Terrassenmöbel waren zum größten Teil defekt.

Schönes Haus

Das Haus ist großzügig, auch der Außenbereich ist sehr schön und praktisch für Familien. Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein und die Elektrik des Hauses ist kaum zu verstehen. Aber sonst konnten wir einen tollen Urlaub im Haus Ter verbringen. Der Service und die Abwicklung von Apart Rent war sehr gut.
