This modern and cozy apartment, recently renovated, is the perfect place to enjoy a vacation on the Costa Brava. Located in the exclusive Gran Reserva area, in the heart of Empuriabrava and just a five-minute walk from the beach, it offers an unbeatable combination of comfort, style, and location.
Designed to ensure a comfortable stay, the apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, air conditioning, and television, a full bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a fully equipped open kitchen with modern appliances: oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and sandwich maker. A practical table with high chairs creates a pleasant space for sharing meals.
The private balcony allows you to enjoy the outdoors at any time of the day, whether having breakfast in the sun or relaxing in the afternoon.
The apartment includes a private parking space and access to a communal swimmings pools located in a peaceful pine-surrounded setting. The pool is available from June 15 to September 15, and the accommodation has a maximum capacity of four people.
