Goertz & Partner offers you in Empuriabrava and its surroundings offer you all the activities to spend a good family vacation. This house overlooking the pool and facing East, is located in the residential complex "Gran Reserva", with interior passages, plants and flowers, gardens and swimming pools surrounded by lawns. In addition to the various pools, this house has an exclusive pool for the 18 private homes with direct and unlimited access from the terrace. On entering the house you will find a toilet, then you will find an air-conditioned dining room in front, an American kitchen on your right. It has a terrace with stairs that go directly down to the community garden with pool. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. All bedrooms have double beds. The last one, which is the largest, has a double bed, a folding bed for one person, a private bathroom and is air-conditioned. The open plan kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher and all the necessary kitchen utensils. To park, you will have the possibility of parking in front of the garage of the house as it will not be accessible. A comfortable townhouse with terrace and direct pool access. Great location just a short walk from the beach, restuarants and shopping. We made good use of both the beach and pool, and enjoyed renting a boat to explore the nearby coastline. The weather was a little warmer than we were expecting: highs of 30-35 C rather than the 25-30 C expected, so the two bedrooms without a/c got quite hot.
