Goertz & Partner offers you this pleasant apartment is located in the heart of Empuriabrava in the Residencial Gran Reserva complex, offering all the comforts for a relaxing vacation. This apartment has two bedrooms, one of them en suite with a bathroom with a bathtub, a 1.60cm bed and air conditioning. The second bedroom has a 90 cm bed and a sofa bed for two people. It also has a second bathroom with a bathtub. In addition, you will find a very bright living-dining room (air conditioning) with an open kitchen and access to a terrace of about 12 square meters where you can sunbathe with the necessary privacy. The apartment is located just five minutes from the beach on foot and if you wish you can have access to the different pools of the complex (entrance to the pools sold by the community not included in the rent). The apartment is rented with a private parking space (No. 19) in an underground parking lot.Sheets and towels not included in our rentals (possibility to rent for 25 € / person)
