"Hotel was very nice and staff is very friendly. English speaking is sufficient to get by, but knowing Spanish is obviously very helpful and speeds things like check in up! The only confusing thing is when booking multiple rooms for our party (5 adults, 3 families) we booked a room for 5 people but the website wasn’t super clear on exactly how many rooms we had booked. We ended up adding an additional room and they worked with us to get us a similar room/same price we had paid thru...

"Very very super slow check in staff , I have not seen such slow long line , they enter clients passport info manually instead of scanning, I can not express and stress on their lack of sense of time."
