Everything about our stay was pleasant and comfortable. But the one thing we were most satified (all eight of us agreed) was the dinner. The five course meal was more than we expected for a dinner at 35 Euros per person. Each dish was creative and delicious. We ended up drinking more wine than anticipated (not included in the dinner price), but were all very happy.

Utrolig vakker by og beliggenhet! Ingenting å si på personalet annet enn at de var helt nydelige alle sammen! De oppgraderte meg til et større rom da de så at det var litt liten plass til både meg og hunden min på enkeltrommet jeg hadde booket - det var hyggelig! Maten var veldig god. Sengen var noe av det bedre jeg har sovet i. Kort avstand til bensinstasjon og en hyggelig by med restauranter og dagligvarebutikker. Hele opplevelsen og selve hotellet ga 5-stjerners følelse, ikke 3! Anbefales på det sterkeste. Terningkast 6. Veldig positivt at de er så serviceminded når det gjelder hunder.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo 24 ore in questa splendida località che sorge proprio ai piedi del Massiccio dello Sciliar; il balcone del nostro alloggio si affacciava proprio verso la parete nord e lo spettacolo era davvero impressionante. Troppo poco il tempo a disposizione per una valutazione obiettiva, comunque in generale ci siamo trovati bene. La stanza era pulita e ordinata, così come le parti comuni. Ampia scelta al buffet per la colazione, tutto fresco e appetitoso, il tavolo è riservato. Personale affabile e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi domanda. Ampio parcheggio a pochi metri dalla recepcion. Tutto intorno alla struttura ampio parco nel verde, piscina attrezzata e tanta tranquillità. Il villaggio di Siusi dista pochi minuti a piedi.

Great place for Dolomite stay

A lovely hotel close to the hiking in the Dolomites. Great breakfast (included with our stay) and wonderful 5-course dinner available in the evening. Staff was fantastic. Heated pool was a great way to wind down from hiking. A bit off the beaten path in a nice neighborhood surrounded by farms, residential housing, and mountains. Bus stop (routes 5 and 15) right in front of hotel (Google Maps didn’t know about this!) - Bus goes right to Gondola base. Be sure to ask for free bus pass for entire area (Bolzano, Castelrotto, etc.)

Parc Hotel Florian was the best hotel I had during my one month trip all over Italy. The place is beautifully located very close to the famous Alpe di Siusi mountain plateau (about 10-12 minutes walk), and also very close to the gorgeous little town of Castelrotto. The rooms were spacious, very comfortable and impeccable, and my room had a fantastic Mountain View at the balcony. After a night of tough alpine hiking and biking, it was so nice to return to this beautiful hotel, and enjoy the spectacular dinner that they offered, at a very reasonable price. Ursula was the lady I was mostly in contact and she was fantastic!! She did everything she could to make my stay an unforgettable one. Thanks so much, Ursula!! I strongly recommend this hotel to anybody who want to enjoy a fantastic Dolomite mountain experience.

Beautiful town! The staff makes the difference at this hotel. The entire hotel staff were so very friendly and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer. The breakfast was huge and so very good. They even provided an evening snack buffet that was delicious, which we enjoyed outside on the hotel’s balcony with a beautiful Dolomites views. Thank you so much

Skøn udsigt og lækker poolområde

Skønt beliggende hotel i roligt område, super udsigt og meget lækkert poolområde. Meget fin og imødekommende service. Hyggelige fællesområder og lille bar - ikke mindst terassen med udsigt til bjergene var et lækkert sted at spise morgenmad. God og velassorteret morgenbuffet. Hotellet består af en ny og en gammel afdeling. Den gamle afdeling er lidt slidt og et typisk gammelt, klassisk alpehotel. Så selve værelserne i den afdeling er ikke noget særligt. Man skal vælge hotellet pga beliggenheden og poolområdet.
