Luxurious 19th-Century Villa with Saline Pool in Maremma, a few Km from the Sea

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Maremma and couldn’t recommend it more highly. It was the perfect home base for our family vacation in Tuscany.The grounds are beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly private. The pool was a huge highlight, especially for the kids, who spent hours in it and loved all the pool toys provided.The location was also perfect. Castiglione della Pescaia, with its beautiful beaches and charming town, is only about 18 minutes away. We also took day trips to Siena, Florence, and Pisa, all less than two hours from the villa.What made our stay particularly memorable, though, was Italo. He was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay and went above and beyond to make our trip special. Traveling with a large family can make planning meals and activities complicated, but Italo arranged some fantastic dining experiences for us and organized a wonderful visit and tour at the nearby Tenuta La Badiola vineyard. His recommendations and help made everything feel effortless.Villa Maremma gave us exactly what we hoped for from Tuscany: privacy, beautiful surroundings, pool and beach days, incredible food, and easy access to explore the region. We made wonderful memories and would happily return. Five stars!"

"Beautiful location overlooking marina. The breakfast is nice and location is fantastic. Staff was excellent and there is free car parking. Our room was nice but since it was garden view it was dark. The walk to marina with lots or restaurants."

"Lovely camping, very safe and clean! Calm if you choose to be, or active if you choose to be…. Activities organized for young and old… nice beach, sun beds for rent, or your own towel…. Easy to rent water equipment, reasonable prices in restaurants, good choice of cuisine, delicious and satisfying portion size…Camp stuff extremely friendly, helpful, welcoming, speak well English for Non-Italian speakers! Would recommend for young couples, families, elderly couples, singles… nice atmosphere! The bungalow Limo was very well equipped and enough room for 5. Overall to be highly recommended!"

"Thank you very much for the complimentary room upgrade, thoughtful welcome gift, and exceptional service. Although we stayed for only one night, it left a lasting impression on us. We really enjoyed our clean, modern room, which is just steps away from the beach and offers easy access to the private shoreline. Falling asleep to the soothing sound of the waves at night made our stay even more relaxing and memorable. We especially loved the gorgeous restaurant, where we could fully enjoy the breathtaking sunset without any obstruction while savoring delicious food. The cuisine here is prepared using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, preserving the most authentic local flavors. Every course, from dinner to breakfast, was perfect. Without a doubt, it was the best stay and service experience of our three-week trip throughout Italy. We sincerely appreciate the hospitality shown by your team and will gladly recommend your resort to our family members and friends when they visit Italy.
