"Breakfast had a great selection daily, fresh coffee drinks, and a selection of teas and fresh juices. The rooms are clean and bright. We could have used a small fridge for the week, but we managed. The staff are wonderful, and the decore is very cool!!! Its walking distance to some very cool pubs, and pretty well everything. Note- some sites say the rooms are soundproof because you can borrow a guitar from the bar and your side table is an amp to play....they are not!! "

"We had a great experience at Ashling hotel. We did the hop on and off bus. And to Our surprise. One of the stops was literally 10 steps away from our hotel. Our stay was very comfortable. Perfect for a family of four. The service was great and we did have breakfast at the hotel each morning and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, we are extremely happy with our stay."

"The staff were welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was good. The bus stops were within a minute walk in either direction. Oh... their Caesar Salad... chef's kiss! And Gluten Free seafood chowder. Tip: For travellers visiting during the warmer months, bring a compact fan as they don't have A/C."

"This duplex is in a good location, the management team were responsive, BUT unfortunately they just didn't understand the need for: 1 glasses, I had the drink a beer from a wine glass, the only one available, and they must have run thru the neighbourhood looking for discarded items like plates, coil spring mattresses and plastic glasses, to put the bare minimum in the cabinets! Being a frequent traveller and having seen it "all" this place is not worth including in your travel plans, it is an embarrassment to VRBO standards. In fact I encourage VRBO to look at the facility! The heating system looks to me to be a fire hazard, it was so dated that none of the individual radiator controls worked, not sure the valves worked either as I am sure they had not been serviced since WWII, we did see a delivered envelop from the housing inspection department, good luck! The programmer on the heater was of 60's vintage, as an engineer I can only remember how difficult these were to program. Fortunately the weather was warm enough that the heat was not needed.The absence of mirrors in bathrooms was a minor problem given that we were a guys only group. To be fair I think that Abdul and Jube were happy to help and responsive but they just don't understand what a home needs, and that the Dollar Store doesn't supply the best kitchen tools. When you just don't get it, hire it out is my suggestion! I have many pictures but the words probably tell the story!"
