Staff was extremely attentive and friendly. The swim up bar was fantastic and the trees and flowers around the property made it feel like you were in a rainforest. Fantastic place for a peaceful and relaxing week. Highly recommend and will be back!

The resort itself was great—very chill, romantic, and full of greenery. Our room was cleaned daily, and the staff was consistently friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the location near a highway, so you could hear traffic at times. The food was decent overall, but most of the fine-dining restaurants were fully booked during our stay, so unfortunately we didn’t get the chance to try them. The pool area also played music that carried over to the beach, which made it feel a bit less relaxing than expected.

Other than the staff forgetting to do the honeymoon room setup on arrival, I’ve got nothing bad to say. All the food was great, beach is pristine, and staff is friendly and responsive. I suppose if you have the rooms at the back end of the resort you will hear some road noise due to proximity of the hwy, but thats not the case for any of the beachfront rooms. All in all amazing experience and would come back again.

The scenery and greenery was very lovely. The island is absolutely gorgeous covered in flowers and beautiful sites. One thing to be aware of is the very windy roads so if you’re motion sickness sensitive be aware !

Overall the property is nice and the food is good. Negatives are the incessant traffic noise throughout the property and also that the ocean is murky and quite weedy. We had a decent time but for our first Sandals experience we can’t see how it is worth the extra cost. We didn’t expect little things like an A/C controller not working and a faulty coffee machine.

Amazing stay at St Lucia. The food at the hotel was so delicious. All the restaurants had great food options and the food was really fresh and well prepared. The staff were very friendly and the hotel itself was beautiful. This was our first time staying at Sandals resort and we loved it. Will definitely come back and stay at Sandals resort again. Our hotel was very relaxing and quiet, which we loved. The pools were nice and clean and the beach was great as well. If people are looking for a more party atmosphere they also have the Grande which had more of a younger crowd and a bigger hotel in general. You cant go wrong with any one of their 3 locations that are on the island.

The property has beautiful gardens, a nice swimming pool, and a lovely beach. The staff is really friendly. The room and some areas need updating, look very used. At the beach, there is no service to help you find chairs. You expect a different level of service from a Sandal Hotel.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Julian at the bistro was one of our waiters and had the best personality and so helpful! Only complaint was in relation to a massage we got. At the last minute they added on a $55 fee and said it was tax. Wish this could have been shown in the brochure/up front as all other costs for activities were given up front Shuttle to and from the airport was great and super helpful Food was amazing and I loved that we got to have dinner at the other resorts. Overall a wonder trip

My husband and I recently stayed at the halcyon st Lucia for our honeymoon and had very high expectations. Unfortunately they were dramatically not met. Not once did I feel special for being there. The honeymoon package that they offer is pretty pathetic, which when we opened our door for the first time, wasn’t even displayed at all! Took 5 days and 3x of asking for the decorated bed, champagne and breakfast in bed. The first night arriving we lost power for 2.5 hours at night and no one was walking around letting us guests know what was happening. It rained the whole time and didn’t offer much activities to do for rainy days. The staff was not friendly. Panhandling happens for the first 3 days which is annoying. I sprained my ankle waiting in the lobby for a shuttle and nurse staff was not friendly or helpful. The worst vacation I’ve ever been on. Super disappointed for wasting our time and money to spend our honeymoon here.
