"It was clean and quiet. I was a bit skeptical of the price, because I have stayed in other known chain hotels with the same rating and been disappointed. I’m not hard to please, I want clean, quiet, good quiet ac/heat, working fridge, etc and it has all that. My only complaint is the thermostat has a sensor, I guess it doesn’t work when you’re not moving, so at night I would get hot and wake up sweating. Maybe the variance on the thermostat was set at like 5-6 degrees instead of 1–2-3 degrees like it should be (in my opinion). Other than that it was an excellent stay."

"Room was clean, bed was comfortable, I was a bit disappointed in the pool lounge areas. Lounge seating was dirty and old, towels are ripped and stained. Did not find sunscreen available and I had to walk a far distance just to find the towels. I’ve definitely experienced better amenities at comparable resorts. The slide was fun for the kids however the space for the parents to keep an eye on the kids is small and doesn’t have much seating. Staff was attentive though. Please update your pool furniture and towels!"

"If you want to experience complete serenity in a pristine garden landscape, then this place is for you. My wife and I celebrated our 41st wedding anniversary in one of the two king suites. We stayed.for.four amazing nights dining once at the Terraza during happy hour and twice at the Grill. While the dinner options at the Grill are much fancier, the food at the Terraza was also amazing. We shared the fried calamari with jalapeños and a couple of glasses of Chardonnay that was part of the Happy Hour menu. My wife ordered the tacos while I had the flatbread with prosciutto. As for the Grill, we switched to a local wine, a Château Tumbleweed by Miss Sandy Jones. This was so good, we also enjoyed it at both our dinners in the Grill. Our meals were an order of the scallops with mushrooms as an appetizer to share. These were amazing. My wife had the crab cake appetizer as her main while I had the king salmon. The salmon is made differently every week. This week it was soaked in a bourbon glaze. The second time, we both went with meat dishes to celebrate our anniversary meal. My wife started with the escargot as an appetizer. While these were not made in the traditional way served in a cup with plenty of garlic, she still loved them. These were more cut up already. I had the Southwest corn bisque soup with chicken. Our mains were fabulous as she went with a petite filet with mashed potatoes and Brussel sprouts. I went with the steak which was also served with mashed potatoes. I had"
