This location was perfect. It was close to the airport and the restaurants and shops. The service was amazing and they were very accommodating. The manager answered my questions very quickly and he was very accessible.

The room was big and clean. Very beautiful roof as a bonus. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Overall service was excellent. Breakfast was typical Sicilian. Nighttime noice from streets may disturb if you sleep lightly. Air conditioning was very useful. We recommend this tiny hotel.

What surprised us most was that there was a community kitchen that the host stocked with food, coffee and drinks for all the guests. In our room the Host also supplied bottles of water, a bottle of wine and a surprise gift all included in the price of the room! The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I would recommend this place.

Nice room in central Catania. Accessible by the Metro and close to the main tourist areas. The staff were excellent at communicating too, and were fantastic!

The area around the property seems sketchy but we had no issues walking at all hours to Via Entrea -a more vibrant pedestrian friendly area of shops and restaurants. There is no front desk at the property so the check-in process must be done virtually. The entrance to the building is very run down and daunting, but after following the multi-faceted instructions, rest assured that you will enter safe, clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. The kitchen/dining area was on our floor. You may help yourself to the snacks and drinks in the fully equipped kitchen. Mima gratuitously assisted us with morning coffee etc. As they had no guests checking in on our date of departure, we were able to stay in our two rooms for 3 hours past the check-out time with no surcharge. Thank you to Alfiio and Mima for all your support.

We stayed in the “condo” portion of the facility, which was large, clean and well equipped. (Excellent A/c!) Please note that full breakfast is only served to the rooms, not the condo, but we were provided a nice espresso machine, packaged toasts, Nutella and jellies. We walked to a grocery and stocked what we needed, and the kitchen was well stocked with dish ware, microwave, stove etc. Bathroom was newly installed, very nice and there is a washer but no dryer or place to hang wash outside. Location is somewhat central, but the neighborhood is somewhat raw. Our host helped us out, receiving our lost luggage delivery while we were on a tour, and that was much appreciated- but otherwise this is a regular airb/b experience with limited host contact. The price of the stay was very good for a clean, air conditioned condo and I would recommend.

The B&B is in a convenient area to the cultural center (about 15 mins walk). The rooms are updated and in good condition, also bonus with AC. Unfortunately the walls are very thin and you will hear everything your neighbors are doing. Also the front entrance is under construction, and fairly dusty (which caused me to slip on the stairs). No elevator. It was convenient for the price but would not stay again.

My main problem was getting into the property code entrance system on the main door. It's a 12ft double door with a smaller single door cut into it, when you open the smaller door there's a step you have to lift your cases over, at 68 and my friend at 77 it's not easy, then walked in the dark to the lift situated off the courtyard managed to get the cases into the lift but alfio the owner didn't give me the code instead he wanted me to carry the 2 cases up the stairs saying lift I don't understand what you're saying my English not good enough, having lugged these 22kg bags up three flights of stairs he opened the door remotely, the room was ok , nice tiled floors lovely bathroom although black mould is present around the shower tray. Big white fridge in the room which didn't go noisy air con and a TV with no English channels, my room wasn't cleaned once from start to finish , breakfast cellophane wrapped toast ,croissants with some nut filling and UHT milk disgusting.alfio tried his best he put some toiletries in the bathroom some water and coke in the fridge he also said some prosecco which didn't materialize. Reviews I read stated 7 minutes from the airport and a short walk to the beach, which is partly why I booked it, unfortunately 40 euros from the airport and 20 minutes on the bus to the beach. If you're getting on in years forget it, and if you're young and want some night life you can also forget it.

We had a great stay in this B&B and if I go to Catania again then this is my first option. Clean and nice room with dito bathroom. From here it's easy to walk to the city centre. There are only 3 rooms, that's why breakfast is simple (no eggs no yoghurt) but each morning with perfect coffee and croissants.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und waren rundum zufrieden. Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, und alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die nette Dame beim Frühstück – sie war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die Kommunikation über die App, die teilweise etwas schwierig und umständlich war. Insgesamt können wir das Hotel aber auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Soggiorno molto positivo in questo B&B a Catania. La struttura era pulitissima in ogni ambiente, dalla camera agli spazi comuni. Per me questo posto merita assolutamente 5 stelle piene! La camera è pulita, confortevole e dotata di tutto l’occorrente necessario, la posizione è centrale e c’è anche il self check-in che è molto comodo per chi viaggia in orari serali. Ma la vera differenza per me l’hanno fatta sia il proprietario, che si è mostrato super gentile e disponibile fin da subito, e anche la signora che ci ha accolti per la colazione, anche lei una persona davvero squisita. Io penso che trovare luoghi come questo, in cui ci si sente davvero bene e a casa, e in cui soprattutto alberga molta gentilezza e accoglienza, renda l’esperienza molto molto piacevole e positiva. Spero di ritornarci! Complimenti per il vostro lavoro, perché sapete farlo davvero bene! Un saluto
