Room was as expected, bed was comfortable as you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Bathroom was large as well and had the hotel branded goods. For the breakfast area, there was an option to sit outside, which was pleasant. Plenty of options as well and the staff where ready at hand to address any requests. We used Catania as base to explore the surrounding sites, but the city itself was larger than I thought and had some interesting things to see. The cathedral and main shopping street are within walking distance of the hotel and was fairly busy throughout our time.

This is a luxury Hotel close to the main square in Catania. The staff is attentive and professional. The rooms are spacious and clean with high end amenities. Our dinner and breakfasts were fantastic. There is also a spa attached that we did not use but a few guests we talked to at breakfast liked the treatment and couples massage. This is the only place we stay when we are in Catania!

This is a great five-star hotel in the historic center of town. While the immediate environment outside appears a bit scruffy, the hotel itself is a great base from which to explore Catania. Its breakfast is excellent and its staff very helpful.

Great apartment and location centrally located in Madrid. A better option than getting 2 hotel rooms in my opinion. Hosts are very responsive and i will be happy to stay here again when i visit Madrid. Great cafe for breakfast/lunch right across the street too.

Overall, have been to nicer hotels (and nicer cities for that matter) but, and it's a big one, the hotel staff was exceptional across the board, in particular the reception team. Truly super helpful and accommodating and it was greatly appreciated. Hotel also has a nice outside area where you can grab coffee and drinks pretty much all day long, we've spent a good amount of time there as it was pleasant. We didn't make it there but spa looked nice too and the prices were incredibly fair. Within walking distance to all the main attractions and the restaurant right across from it is phenomenal. If you do stay in Catania, you won't regret staying there.

From our arrival to our departure the staff and management were excellent. The reception staff dealt with our room enquiries superbly with a friendly and professional attitude. The bar staff were excellent. The room was fantastic with beautiful colours and furniture. The bed was very very good. All technical requirements were there and the "extras" in the room were great, complimentary water and snacks. A complimentary bottle of fizz was the icing on tbe cake. Breakfast was in the outside patio and the offering coveted all our needs. The situation in Catania is great for the city walking tours. We will definetly return and recommend to friends and family.
