The staff was friendly, kind, and very accommodating. They took care of the little details and they helped make the stay feel safe and comfortable. The rooms were clean and the location is excellent but I recommend ear plugs at night so you get a sound sleep. Bed is very comfortable and sheets white and clean. I give 5 stars.

The environment around the b&b feels a bit shanty but nothing untoward has happened during our stay. The b&b is part of a complex. The hotel itself appeared to be refurbished recently but the complex on the whole is a bit run down. The service provided by Jane is top notched! Breakfast is ok but the breakfast room ran out of space quickly when there were many patrons.

Helpful staff, gave us directions for late checking. Very clean. Decent breakfast. Good location. Disturbed sleep due to thin walls, frequently waking up to ppl making noise outside the room. Shower water was less warm in the evening though it worked fine in the morning.

Checked in quite late so needed to use self-checkin instructions. The instructions were clearly laid out and simple to follow. Lift to 2nd floor quite small for 2 people and back packs ... so beware you don't get stuck on the way up! Only had a brief stay as flew back home in the morning.... but what we saw the location / accommodation was great.

I stayed 5 nights at this B&B in Catania Pros: wonderful staff, perfect location, comfortable bed, good WIFI speed, large bathroom, good AC, lots of storage space, good breakfast, balcony. Cons: sewage smell in bathroom, paper thin walls. I could hear every sneeze, cough and conversation from the rooms around me which impacted my enjoyment and sleep. I had to enter codes on 5 different lockboxes to access my room each and every time I came back to the property. The room and location were good but noisy guests spoiled my relaxation and sleep on several occasions.

Excellent staff make for a delightful stay.

The hotel has been recently renovated / refurbished and is clean, light and spacious. What was most impressive abut my stay was the delightful and helpful staff. From checking into departure every member of staff I encountered was friendly and extremely helpful.

Lovely and reliable service, and it's right next to all the tourist spots in Catania! Definitely opt for getting a taxi to and from the hotel, as the street is very difficult to pull suitcases along.

The location was a five minute walk from the duomo. Breakfast was delicious. Good restaurants nearby. A bad storm affected the power and the self check-in system. The staff kept us informed and quickly gave us keys to all the doors. Be sure to walk to the open air market.

Area around property typically dirty and congested. Not the fault of the B&B, all the big cities in Sicily seem to be very dirty with trash and dog mess, not pleasant. Staff was excellent and accomodating. Room was comfortable but flushing toilet paper is often not allowed. Old plumbing or waste management systems. Sicily just seems very "run down" and neglected. Again property itself is fine and comfortable, just use the bidet.
