    -No outdoor music is allowed at any time, including any amplified music. The quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am, and during those hours the use of outdoor amenities are prohibited from 10pm to 8am. Any and all music played inside cannot be heard from outside of the property as well.
    -3 vehicles Maximum

    The Desert Princess Country club and cathedral City have anordinance for short term rental.( less than30days) On arrival day we would need the following
    -Address
    _Driver license Number and state
    _names of additional guest staying with you
    _rental car details can be given on arrival day
    _All guest are required to comply with Cathedral City noise and outdoor activity. Enjoying the property

    We have a kitchen for that Chef in the family . It comes with appliances to create your favorite foods, like if you were home.

    Relax in the living room watching your favorite movies or tv shows. It has Spectrum Cable HBO/SHOWTIME. Netflix and other apps to catch up while on vacation . In the same area it has a desk with HP Laptop, HP Printe/Fax/Scanner and house phone.

    The master and the other 2 bedrooms have UHD Curved 55" TV.
    All beds are provided with high thread count linen and bedding.

    Patio is private to enjoy with family and friends your BBQ's and your favorite drinks. In the outdoor living room / dinning table.

    Enjoy your morning coffee out in front looking at the San Jacinto Mountain.

    I can describe EVERYTHING, but its better for you to come and see for yourself.

    Desert Pricess Country Club has 24 hour gated security. It has 33 pools in different common areas. Which you can try all of them Walk through the property and enjoy stunning views.
    27-hole championship golf, fitness center, tennis courts, racquetball, and a full Spa with sauna, hot tub and lap pool, all these amenities at your own cost

    We are 5 min away from Palm Springs Int Airport, 10 min from Palm Springs Downtown, 5 min to Interstate 10. Also close to Grocery stores pharmacy's, restaurants , in other words LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!!!!

    We have an option for a car rental at a reasonable price. It's a

Delightful place to stay to enjoy Palm Springs

Extremely welcoming impression, with snacks, supplies, toiletries (things some of us had forgotten) three good bedrooms with two very nice bathrooms and a comfortable, bright and attractive living room /kitchen area. The dining table is just for four but our group of six was very comfortable due to all the seating in the living room and the three separate areas on the large patio.

Very nice comfortable and convenient.

Our family stayed here for 2 nights and having the 3 bedrooms was nice for our teens to have their own room. There were personal touches and baskets of travel items that one might forget (razors, deodorant, etc) Also had some snacks and some bottled waters in fridge. The bikes and pool towels were nice to have as well. Super easy instructions for check in and check out. Thank you for your hospitality!

Fabulous Stay

Our stay at the Desert Princess was fabulous. The condo was as pictured. The place was spotless and you could tell that the hosts take pride in their condo. The welcome basket in the kitchen and the toiletries were a nice surprise. Kitchen was well stocked and we used the grill almost every night. Hosts were attentive and communication was great. I would not hesitate in recommending this condo.

Great getaway!

Roscio and Manuel are wonderful hosts and have a lovely home. My family and I stayed for Thanksgiving week and were blown away with the great communication and extra effort put into our stay. We had snacks and drinks provided, a little toiletries basket, and a Thanksgiving treat dropped off as well. The house was clean, nicely decorated, had a fully stocked kitchen so we could make our Thanksgiving and daily meals. It’s location was convenient to getting around Palm Springs, Cathedral City and a day at Joshua Tree NP. Would recommend to visitors considering this area.

Desert Princess review

My family of five had a lovely stay with Roscio and Manuel. From the moment we booked, they were communicative and responsive. The home was beautiful and well kept. They thoughtfully left us snacks and complimentary toiletries such as razors, toothbrush and personal care items that can easily be forgotten when packing. The fridge was stocked with water and juices. We could not have asked for a better home base while we explored Palm Springs. Highly recommend!

Couldn't be better - excellent stay, kind hosts

Our best VRBO stay - ever! This rental is stylish and comfortable, with good beds and updated fixtures. Our hosts were readily available for help and local attraction advice, but not at all intrusive. The kitchen came stocked with free snacks, tea and coffee! That was a real time-saver. We enjoyed watching the MLB playoffs on the huge living room TV. The patios are lovely places to greet the day with a cup of coffee. There are so many amenities at the complex, but we were out and about so much that we didn't have an opportunity to enjoy all of them. We hope to return someday...

Absolutely Amazing!!!

We had a perfect 10 day stay in this 3 bedroom condo!! Hosts are amazing, attentive, great communicators and wonderful owners. Do not hesitate to stay in this Desert Princess condo. It is well appointed with anything you need…. The whole place is very clean, beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and large TVs in every room. The hosts even had a variety of snacks for us when we arrived!! The patio is completely furnished with tables, chairs, loveseats, gliders and it also has a BBQ. The Desert Princess area is perfect and close to everything. All I can say is WOW!! We will stay here again!!! Thank you so much!!

Super Super Hosts!

The property was as described-if not better. Roscio and Manuel had thought of everything- even down to leaving spare toothbrushes and deodorant if you had forgotten them! The linen and towels were beautiful and soft and fluffy! Lots of hi spec kitchen utensils there for those who needed them. Appreciated the tin of danish biscuits on arrival! Manuel and Roscio were constantly in touch making sure all was okay. They very kindly reserved a table for us at a local restaurant when our Uk phones weren’t working. Would have no hesitation in recommending this property.

AMAZING vacation home!!!

This place is absolutely amazing, all the reviews are true :) Our family of 6 including a toddler and infant stayed here and had the best time. They truly thought of every detail and were so professional and helpful. Will be recommending to family and friends!

Great Location

Well appointed, comfortable and clean. We had a lovely holiday over Thanksgiving, cooked a few meals in and had our main meal at the top of the tram. Lovely first visit to Palm Springs. Hope to visit again!

Perfect stay!

I booked this for a girls trip and we all loved the property. Possibly the best appointed property. The owners were incredibly responsive and thought of everything. The location is great, the unit itself was clean, comfortable, and posh. You won't be disappointed.

Great hosts

We had a great stay in Palm Springs. The unit seemed even nicer than the listing made it look. Very clean and well appointed. Hosts were welcoming and communicative. They made our stay even better. Would definitely look to get this unit again for future trips.

One of the best properties we have ever stayed in...

This condo is even better than what is shown in the photos. It was extremely well appointed and stocked with so many wonderful little touches. Immaculate and comfortable. Roscio and Manuel are the consummate hosts, so very helpful and easy to communicate with. This is definltey one of the best properties we have ever rented anywhere!

Perfect spot to relax and enjoy Palm Springs!

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed and more! The hosts put attention into every detail. They were very helpful and responsive each time we had questions. The desert princess resort is gorgeous and a great home base for exploring the Palm Springs area. We will be back!

This was one of the smoothest transactions we've ever had on VRBO, not to mention that the property is top of the line. The owners go out of their way to make sure you have absolutely everything you need. We were blown away by their generosity and kindness. We plan to return many times in the future!!

Palm Springs MBA celebration

It was wonderfully appointed - everything you could possibly need for a very comfortable stay! I would say there's a lot of kitchen gadgets and things that you might need. The only thing I would say is the carpets need cleaning, but this place was one of the BEST places we've every stayed via VRBO - and we WILL BE RETURNING!

A gem away from home

This place is really immaculately clean. It has everything you really need and more than the norm. All the little touches make this place a gem. Very organized and well kept. The owners were very communicative and detailed oriented. One must experience!
