"stayed 2 nights. Room service never came and cleaned room room after 1st day. The front staff gave no explanation.....just gave me some more towels to use. The bed was so horribly soft, could hardly get to sleep. The shower design is HORRIBLE. Had the flat / step in design....and with the shower curtain that doesn't come all the way down....a lot of water just came out onto bathroom floor. The faucet is about 6" from the bottom !!?? makes no sense !!?? The marble/stone vanity in...

"The room smelled like someone's basement. Severely dated rooms with furniture and linens of a 1980's vibe. Air conditioner was good, water pressure in the shower was decent, only interacted with the staff once and no issues. I will likely look to stay somewhere else if I'm in the area"

"The check in after a long day was short and sweet. We were hangry but wanted to check in before we went to eat. The staff had fresh grilled hot dogs, chicken breast's, macaroni salad and corn available for us to eat on property rather than drive somewhere. The room was modern, clean, comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend this HI Express!"

"The staff at this hotel are amazing. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and have everything you need. This was my second stay at this location and this time I brought my dog. She stole the show and came to be a staff favorite in the 2 and a half days we were there. Best pet friendly hotel I’ve stayed in by far."
