"Amazing location, just steps from strain station. Clean, spacious, and very comfortable room with great facilities. The location was convenient, and the staff are beyond excellent. They are incredibly kind, professional, and always available to help or answer any questions with a smile. Private parking is a huge benefit. Excellent breakfast with a lot of options. There is mini market just outside the hotel which has everything you need. Lockers for baggages very useful when your train is in the late evening. We would happily stay here again."

"This is an amazing property located slap bang in the centre of La Spezia old town with restaurants, bars, cafés and independent shops on the doorstep. We had the duplex suite with a large lounge-diner area and bathroom downstairs, then a bedroom with massive bath tub and a further bathroom upstairs. The finish and cleanliness are exceptional with the room serviced daily. Despite the size of the apartment, there isn’t a kitchen but plenty of affordable places within a minutes walk. I think the only possible issue was the very steep stairs that might not be good for older guests or young children. All said, we’ll definitely be back again."

"I cannot say enough good things about the property! Our room was perfect and had everything we could need. The staff was just incredible. They were able to get us a reservation at a great restaurant within walking distance. They were knowledgeable about the ferry times to Cinque Terre, secured us a taxi for an early morning departure on our last day, and even provided a boxed breakfast for us since we had to leave before it was being served. The rooftop bar with its beautiful view of the harbor was the icing on the cake. "
