Welcome to Cedar Creek Ranch from iTrip Austin! The property includes 3 Separate Homes that are perfect for large groups with enough beds to sleep 22 people.



Stroll through nature on this huge property spread out on 15 acres. Nestled in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, these three tranquil homes offers a perfect blend of serenity and convenience. The homes are far enough apart for privacy but close enough to congregate with your family and friends.



Located just minutes away from Circuit of the Americas and the Austin Airport, yet a world apart in its peaceful ambiance, our property provides a haven for relaxation and exploration alike. Stroll through 15 acres of sprawling landscapes including a pond, guests can unwind in the embrace of nature while still enjoying modern comforts and amenities. If you want to see more animals than the occasional deer wandering through the property, the Capital of Texas Zoo is only 1 mile away.



The accommodation itself boasts a cozy and inviting atmosphere, with tastefully decorated interiors that reflect the rustic charm of the region. Whether you're lounging in the spacious living area, taking a swim in the pool, relaxing in the hot tub, having a ping pong tournament, cooking up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen or gas BBQ, or unwinding on the private covered patio with a glass of wine, you'll feel right at home.

Home 1: 3 bedrooms, 2 bath home with a spacious living area

Bedroom 1: Master Suite with a King Bed and a bunk bed that has a twin bed above, a Queen bed below and a pull out twin trundle bed

Bedroom 2: Queen Bed and Ample Storage

Bedroom 3: Queen Bed and Ample Storage



Living Area: The living area features a bright room with 2 comfortable sofas, a large smart TV, and plenty of space for relaxation.



Game Room: A room with a large ping pong table is ready for you to challenge your friends and family.



Pool, Hot Tub, BBQ and Patio: Grill up your favorite treats with the gas BBQ and enjoy them on the large covered patio sitting around the propane fire pit. Take a swim in the above ground pool with covered deck with a pool ladder for easy access. Soak in the hot tub. *Note that the pool is open from April through October.



Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the necessary cookware and dishes. Whether you're a culinary enthusiast or just looking to whip up a quick meal, you'll find everything you need here. A Keurig pod coffee maker that also includes a drip option is available.



Home 2: 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a roomy living area

Bedroom 1: Master Suite with a Queen Bed with nightstand

Home 3: 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home with a cozy living area

Bedroom 1: Master Suite with a Queen Bed

Bedroom 2: Twin Bunk Bed (2 beds)



Living Area: The living area features a bright room with 2 comfortable armchairs, a coffee table with a lifting top and a sofa and a large smart TV.



BBQ and Patio: Grill up your favorite treats with the gas BBQ on the front patio.



Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the necessary cookware and dishes. Whether you're a culinary enthusiast or just looking to whip up a quick meal, you'll find everything you need here. A Keurig pod coffee maker that also includes a drip option is available.

* 3 Covered carports for 6 cars

* RV Parking with a 30 amp RV plug. It has a water hookup, but no septic.

* There is also parking available on the gravel next to the homes for additional cars, please do not park on the grass.

Policies & House Rules:

- Non-smoking residence; Smoking is strictly prohibited inside but you can smoke outside.

- We allow 1 dog in each of the back homes (the Creek House and the Hill House). We do not allow any dogs in the Cedar House due to the carpets. No cats allowed.

- No Open flames in home

- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve home

- For the safety of our guests, exterior property is under 24/7 video surveillance

Nice Getaway Close to Austin

We stayed at this property for the Fourth of July ! Everything was listed as is ! The property is exceeded our expectations! We definitely will come back . The only bummer was that the hot tub was having issues so we couldn’t use it . 9/10 if you ask me :)
