"Great house , everything is new and very well stocked. Nice fenced in yard for the dogs in the front and patio in the back for the humans. On the canal, next door to the Freedom boat club so very convenient for boaters. Tiki bar on the bay only a 5 minute walk. Many good restaurants close by. Heather was very helpful and nice to work with. "

"The A/C worked fine. There was dish soap but nothing to wash dished with. No sponge or cloth. No dish towels. No hot pads. No spoons. Only 2 little salad forks. One glass. Wine opener but no wine glasses. No bath mat. No rugs at all. Only one hand towel. 2 bath towels and 2 wash clothes were of extremely poor quality, very thin. One sofa than had seen much better days, very uncomfortable, and no other furniture in living area. No end tables, lamps or chairs. This property could be so cute but is kept like a low rate property."

"The house was freshly renovated and very clean. The three bedrooms have a nice size, mattresses seem to be brand new and the walk in shower is really nice. It’s about a 10 minute drive to Englewood beach on Manasota Key and Walmart and Aldi are within 5 minutes. Neighborhood was very quiet. Highly recommended if you don’t want to pay the premium for Austin on the key."

"Clean room, welcoming staff, great air conditioning, covered parking, quiet room and lots of towels. Two excellent restaurants within 100 yards. Match all this with a room rate that can't be beat and I think you'll agree this property is unmatched in this area. Will definitely stay here again "
