Great service, clean room, wonderful area, quick drive to the beach. The only complaint of the tub was a bit squeaky, but nothing that would stop me from staying here again. Would recommend!

Great location. Rooms were very clean and hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was until 9:30am with cooking ending at 9:00am which seemed early for the weekend.

The location is fairly close to dining and shopping, with just a short drive to the beach. I did find it to be a little tough getting in and out of the parking lot as there's no stop light, so you're dependant upon traffic flow. The service was average - no complaints. I did notice the elevator was making a loud noise and there were some other loud noises that may or may not have been construction. When I decided to sleep though, I didn't experience any disturbances. My room was pretty musty smelling, but the sheets were clean, which is my top priority. The room has everything you need for a long stay & I enjoyed looking out at grass and trees instead of a lot. I would come back.

Lady at check in desk refused to let us check in early (1pm) after a red eye flight and the day at the hospital saying good bye to a loved one. She offered no options and couldn’t care less about our situation. No southern hospitality there!

Check in East, the clerk was very friendly and helpful. Hotel seems to be renovated, very pleasant. Convenient to everything we wanted to do.

We did arrive a little early to check-in (which most hotels now accommodate you if they can). Two ladies were outside smoking, and when asked if we could check in early we were told very rudely that it would not be available until 4:00. I questioned that NO rooms would be available, she said yes they all get released at the same time. Seriously? Then we asked if we could use the pool, and she said she would have to check us in and if she did that we would be charged an extra $25. Not welcoming and certainly not accommodating. Lobby smelled as well. Was not an inexpensive hotel and definitely did not meet our expectations. I rarely give bad reviews, but felt compelled on this one.

The property is old the first room smelled like smoke the 2nd room had lots of roaches the 3rd room had dead roaches. For 2 days our key would not work the front desk had to let us in the room.
