  • This charming Sicilian home , with breathtaking views , is located near the Madonie Park , very close to the small but nice village of Sant ' Ambrogio , and only 5km from the town of Cefalu . The house built in 2008 is close to the sea , and can be considered the perfect place for a quiet getaway in a typically Sicilian . The house is treated in detail , and each year is enriched by the owner with something new . From 2015 it also has a beautiful swimming pool located between the olive trees which enrich the outdoor space with a chic touch .
    Inside: It consists of two bedrooms (one double bed, one with twin beds , so sleeping beds for 4 persons), kitchen - living room, 2 separate bathrooms both with shower . The rusticity of the stonework joins with modern amenities you would not miss at all.

    Exterior: The outside space is the highlight of this charming home , landscape, garden, patio and the pool offer everything you need for a wonderful vacation . The house is perfectly equipped to take advantage of the outdoor space in the best way . The house has a fully fenced private access and private parking .

Lovely stay

This was a great base for a week of exploring Sicily. The swimming pool was chilly but great in the April sun. The little nearby village down the hill has a great restaurant.

Un très bon séjour, un cadre idyllique. La vue est magnifique et l’endroit très calme. Il faut une voiture pour les déplacements. Salvador qui vit au dessus du logement est très discret et très gentil. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Einfach wunderbar

Es war wunderbar, die Lage das Haus, Salvatore und seine Tochter Margherita. Nicht nur die Lage des Hauses sondern auch die freundlichkeit von Salvatore und Margherita die immer als ansprechpartner da waren falls was gewesen wäre. Ich bin verliebt in dieses Haus, einzig die Matrazen Sie sind sehr hart und nichts für Menschen mit Bandscheibenproblemen. Hier sollte man mal über gute Mateazentopper nachdenken, ansonsten alles ü 100%

Loads battery in villa

We was have great time in villa, absolutely amazing view. Salvatore was living up stairs but we don't hear him at all,he was look after garden and pool very early so don't disturb us. Great villa with full furniture and appliances,BBQ area, couple seating area with olive trees, grapes vith great views.

Un logement idéal, une vue superbe !

Le logement est très bien, deux chambres et deux salles de douches. La vue est sublime. Idéal pour petit déjeuner le matin avant l’excursion et dîner les soirs au retour et après une tête dans la piscine. Et Salvatore, le propriétaire est adorable tout en étant disponible et très discret.

het lijkt op een omgebouwde garage, 1 slaapkamer heeft geen raam met bedden omringd door kasten, de andere een klein raam op 2 meter hoogte met uitzicht op een muur. buiten is het mooi aangelegd en het uitzicht is schitterend. prijs is veel te hoog voor het appartement

Amazing seaview and lovely garden

We had a lovely stay at the pretty house. 12 days in this paradise with a stunning seaview and a really nice pool and beautiful garden. The host Salvatore and his daughter Margeritha were som helpful and kind to us. The little village is so lovely with the friendly people that work and live there.

Traumhafter Ausblick

Der Ausblick, der eigene Pool, die supernette Vermieterin. Es war einfach alles ein Traum. Die Vermieter wohnen zwar im 1. Stock, schauen aber auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes raus. Man bekommt die überhaupt nicht mit. Und falls man mal war brauchen sollte, sind sie gleich da. Salvatore macht den Garten und Pool so früh am Tag, dass man noch im Normalfall noch schläft. Der Garten war ein Blumenmeer.

The most idyllic place you can imagine and more. Small, quiet and rustic but cosy and comfortable with incredible views, a real tonic for the soul. Owner Salvatore was justifiably proud of his enchanted garden an bought gifts of fresh figs and prickly pears.There are delightful nooks and places to sit under grape vines with the most wonderful vistas. He has an upstairs apartment of to the side of house so you rarely know he’s there but it is comforting to know he is. Would thoroughly recommend for couples or family of 4.

Schön eingerichte Wohnung mit herrlicher Aussicht

Die Aussicht und die geschmackvollen Einrichtung der Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön. Bitte klären Sie es im Vorfeld ab wenn Sie unter Umständen die Heizung benötigen.Trotz Angabe der Heizung wurde sie trotz unserer Bitte nicht eingeschaltet. Da wir Anfang Mai kühles Wetter hatten, war die Wohnung sehr feucht und kühl. Die Betttwäsche war klamm. Man muss bedenken, dass es eine Keller-Wohnung mit wenig Licht und wenig Fenster ist. Im Sommer ist sie bestens geeignet. Damit es für uns einigermassen erträglich war, mussten wir für 50,00 EUR/Woche einen Heizlüfter ausleihen, den wir von Zimmer zu Zimmer gestellt haben. Auf das Angebot der Benutzung der Klimanlage für weitere 50,00 EUR/Woche haben wir dann Abstand genommen. Schade drum, dass der Vermieter keine Einsicht auf diese Situation genommen hat.

Simply the best!

We, a family of four, have stayed in this lovely house for one week in July. We received a warm welcome from Salvatore who lives upstairs and is available whenever you might need him. He is a perfect host and will give you all the necessary support. The house was very clean and well equipped. From the many terraces that you will find round the house, the few is spectacular. A well-documented brochure about the area is available in the house. When traveling with two teenage daughters it is great to find a free Wifi connection available in the house too. There are many sights and beaches in the area and also Palermo is within a short distance. We would have loved to stay longer and will surely go back to visit Salvatore again.

"Abbiamo trascorso alcuni bellissimi giorni presso la casa della famiglia Cortina a fine dicembre 2012 ed è stata un''esperienza indimenticabile. La casa è in una posizione spettacolare, con un panorama mozzafiato a 180 gradi sul mare, con una vista incredibile su Cefalù e il suo faro: che meraviglia vedere accendersi le luci della sera sulla costa dal giardino terrazzo, con la brezza e i profumi della fitta vegetazione! L''interno dell''appartamento è ampio, curatissimo e veramente lindo: bellissime le pareti tinteggiate di arancione e le pietre a vista, frutto del sapiente lavoro di Salvatore, lo squisito padrone di casa, che ci ha accolto, insieme alla sua famiglia, con tanto calore ed attenzioni. Se è stato così bello a dicembre, con le giornate corte, chissà che meraviglia deve essere in estate, con il sole che tramonta nel mare! Davvero un paradiso, sia per noi adulti che per i nostri bambini...che non vedono l''ora di ritornare!!!"

"Avec nos deux grands enfants, nous avons passé 2 semaines extraordinaire dans un lieu magnifique,propreté,calme assuré ,la chaleur ne nous a pas dérangé pas besoin de climatisation la maison est fraiche.Petit dejeuner face à la mer nous conseillons cette location et ne pas oublier que le propritaire Salvator est trés accueillant , donnant des conseils pour les visites dans la region et près à rendre des services à tout moment. merci encore....."
