She failed to mention that it was necessary to rent a car because it's too far from San Pedro despite us asking how to get to the lodge easily. We booked a family room that was supposed to contain one double bed and two twin beds but we only got a small room with a very bad extra bed in a corner which does not reflect the price we paid. The staff on site was lovely but the woman I had to deal with via...

"We stayed for 5 nights and the staff were very kind and friendly. We had an issue with our toilet and Johnny got it fixed on the same day. The hotel was conveniently located, right next to a grocery shop, walking distance from the centre for restaurants and tours, and had secure parking which was a must for us. Breakfast was yummy too with a selection of cereal, bread, fruit, ham, cheese and eggs. "
