"Expensive room as we wanted a sun balcony - the sun area was in poor condition with weeds around the area and old seagull poo across the furniture. There is obviously plant machinery under the room for the spa so we were sat with that droaning and vibrating which isn’t exactly relaxing Staff in the bar and general food was excellent and enjoyed our evening in the main hotel. Next morning we wanted to have breakfast, check out early to give the room back and then spend some time in the Spa but the pool was full and we were left with a choice of waiting in the car until potentially some became available (already a queue of 3 groups waiting) or just leave and find something else to do. Sadly we chose the latter so our hotel/spa stay left us with no access to the spa facilities. Really poor and much better choice at other hotels in the SW which is a shame as we had been looking forward to visiting here "

"We had a really lovely week at the Summer House in St Mawes. It’s a really comfy house with great views. Kitchen equipped with everything you could need. We were so lucky with the weather so did lots of coastal walking and visiting gardens."

"This is a super ground floor apartment with stunning 180 degrees views out to sea. Well equipped and comfortable. Quiet peaceful location. South facing, sunny balcony area a delight. A perfect holiday base whatever the weather. Easy to use car parking space is a bonus in St Mawes. Long flight of steps up to front door not ideal for everyone but fine for us. Close to shops and hotels although hill up and down is steep."

"Our third visit to Heathfield and it gets better every time. The bungalow was spotlessly clean and the facilities excellent, A hamper to welcome us, lovely fluffy towels, crisp white bedding. There is sea view and the village of St Mawes is delightful. We had dinner at The Rising Sun the first night only to be serenaded by a male voice choir, carols and sea shanties quite memorable."

"This cottage has everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing holiday in a wonderful place. The garden is enclosed so safe for your dog and there are lots of great walks from the door. I’d say the cottage is rustic which means you can feel relaxed there with your pet. There is no welcome pack which was fine for us as we always bring our own supplies but worth a mention so others can bring their own milk etc. Nicky was great and made sure we were looked after especially when there was a Powercut which was out of their control. We’ll definitely go back!"

"It was as nice as our memory of our first stay, when the sun shines there is only one place to be - on the terrace. Having said that it is very comfortable to be inside. It is a very friendly place to be to enjoy Cornwall."

"Amazing location. Beautiful accommodation with everything that would be needed to assisit a famoly holiday. Owners we friendly and polite. We stayed for two weeks and bedding and towel were changed at the 8 day point. Stunning views from living area and main bedroom. "
