"The staff here were so lovely and kind. The rooms are part of a large complex of dormitory housing for the St Angelus University. So I was in a suite with 3 separate bedrooms with their own locks, and one common room with a kitchen. It was very basic but comfortable. Perfect for a family with teenagers. Good location outside of busy town of Sligo"

"Very beautiful location, easy driving access to all Sligo locations. The hosts, Mary and Des are committed to making your stay the best it can be. Very lovely hosts. Great information, and extra tours around the local area if you have a bit of time. It was a memorable stay! Thank you to Mary and Des!!"

"Beautiful large hotel with easy reach to Sligo town. It was previously a lockdown mental Institution but the clayton has turned it into a 4-star hotel with a restaurant and, spa and indoor pool. The only downside was that when we arrived in the room, the next room had young teenage kids playing football, and the noise was very off-putting as the ball smashed up against the wall. So we immediately went down to Reception and asked if we could be moved. The receptionist apologised and gave us another room, but when we got to it, it also had very young kids next door. We didn't go and complain as we knew they would eventually go to sleep, and they did, and we never heard from them again. The breakfast was good and warm, and the service was good. The staff were all very friendly"
