Free parking right outside the door for up to 3 cars. Easy access to route 302 and directly across the road from the Saco River.
10 minutes to North Conway Village
18 minutes to Attitash
12 minutes to Storyland
5 min to Fryeburg

Please removed shoes and ski equipment before entering the home.
The back yard is fully fenced in.
Grill is available from May 1 to October 31 and propane is provided.
Parking for up to 3 cars only.

Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival are subject to a 3% fee. No refunds within 7 days of arrival.
Card will be charged 14 days ahead of arrival for the remaining balance.

The fire pit is available for use when there is no snow on the ground. Firewood is not provided.

We provide one bath towel per person and two hand towels per bathroom. Washcloths are not provided.
Cell service can be spotty in the area. We recommend taking a screenshot of the Wi-Fi info before arrival in case of connectivity issues.
An additional fee will apply if pet waste or cigarette butts are found in the yard.

The hot tub is professionally maintained and is treated and tested before and after each reservation.

Cooling: Window units in the hot tub room and dining room—provided from May 1st through September 30th.

The top bunk is for children only.
You need to be 25 or older to book this home.
Please take shoes off at the door - the sand (in the summer) and salt (in the winter) is very bad for the flooring.
Absolutely no smoking inside the property.
We love fur babies but expect you to clean up after them and report any damage before departure (if any).
Please be respectful of our neighbors - especially between 10pm and 8am - we have a great relationship with them and would like to keep it that way.

Nice property

Process was easy. Location was quiet. The “river access” was across the street and fine for launching a boat, but unsuitable for much else.
