"The pillows are so flat and soft that it feels like no support. The mini split unit did not operate correctly. Would not cool down room. You can hear all the noise from restaurant below and every step from person above. "

"The property is amazing and the staff were polite and very attentive. It’s a negative for me that I couldn’t take my 8 year old in the outdoor pool, but I’m sure if i wasn’t there with a child I’d appreciate a kid-free zone. The indoor pool was pretty filthy, with some wrappers and things floating in the water. The room service food was surprisingly just okay, with watery omelettes, minimalist potatoes for breakfast, a namesake pork sandwich that leaned toward a Cuban but took a left hand toward a crockpot pork. The chefs plate charcuterie was fine except for some form of pate that appeared as if the chef had chewed up some prosciutto , formed it into a rectangle, and pressed two pistachio bits it. I figured it for a nasty kitchen prank on the wealthy snobs paying $35 for a lunch able, so I left it behind. I can’t lie — the whole milk from a local farm that was supplied on each floor’s coffee bar was the best milk I’ve ever tasted in my life. I literally skipped the coffee and drank the milk by the glass, this cannot be overstated as trivial as it seems. "

"Upon opening the front door with a Christmas wreath on it in late March, the mothball smell was overwhelming and off putting as soon as we walked in. Then upon walking into the kitchen to put things for our stay away I noticed dirty,unmaintained, worn kitchen cabinets. They are filthy on the inside and outside, they are sticky and greasy. The drawer pulls are loose and spin when you try to use them. The fridge stunk. In the living room, the loveseat’s back leg is broken. Sunroom chairs are stained with white substance. An open and spilled trash bag was left next to the outdoor shower. There were trash containers with trash inside the outdoor shower. I did not pick it up or move it. The garage smells of cigar/cigarette smoke. The carpet on the 2nd floor has many bleach stains on it. The bathroom throw rugs appear dirty, worn and matted down. The living room fireplace's remote is missing. Dining table chairs were sticky which I noticed after sitting down and the sticky substance transferred to my pants. I found the mattress comfortable but some of the linens were torn and stained and the primary bedroom linens were very rough. Some important soap dispensers in the showers/baths were empty. The property is not being well maintained and obviously is being managed by a corporate management company and not by an invested owner. Additionally, the listing is really a Vacasa rental not VRBO. "
