"The staff are very friendly and ready to accommodate any request from the guests. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and easy to get around the city through the use of the Bolt app for transport. What I didn't like was the amenities are not automatically provided in the room. You had to request from the front desk the toiletries - service was prompt though. Overall, we had an excellent stay at Holiday Inn Lisbon. We will gladly choose this hotel again on our next visits."

"The hotel and grounds, which are actually a former convent, are beautiful. We only had one day here at the end of our trip but we’ll definitely return for longer. The room was perfect and the service was excellent. Make sure to visit the Locke de Santa Joana restaurant as well, it’s phenomenal!"

"The rooms d bed were updated and nice. Although small the appointments in the room were very useful. The bathroom was nicely remodeled and clean. The hotel location is extremely convenient to old town Lisbon. Overall a great place to stay."
