"We stayed at the Daytona grand while we were moving our daughter into school at Embry Riddle. It’s about a 15 minute drive to the school. The view from the room was amazing. Super clean. The staff was really nice. Felt like we got a mini vacation while also getting her settled. The bed was very comfortable. The shower is not tiled but the drop in plastic kind also the bathroom floor right outside the shower got soaked every day, the glass doesn’t stop the water from going out of the shower. Otherwise very modern and would definitely stay there again. There is a resort fee of $35 a day plus you need to pay for parking which is $28 South Park $49 for valet. The parking is across the street but is easy to access. The coffee shop in the lobby was reasonably priced and their breakfast sandwich was really good. Solid choice. Also the view of the waterway on one side and the ocean on the other is amazing. We stayed on the 20th floor and it was like there was a window to see a few as soon as you walked off the elevator in either direction."

"The only thing I didn’t like was when we took a shower both nights and in the morning the pressure was very low, the water didn’t come out like it was supposed to. Everything else was lovely"
