"Room was clean. Staff didn’t understand English very well and I didn’t understand him. No fridge in room, little bottles of shampoo or lotion. Oh and stuck in elevator for about 20 minutes pressing emergency buttons and NOTHING! Thankfully was able to call someone and send them down to desk to get assistance to get us out. Oh I also didn’t get my deposit back!"
