"I’m always a bit hesitant to stay at a hotel without a known brand, but Heartland Hotel was very good — nice room, spacious, very clean, good breakfast (better than comparable hotels). But I can only give 4 stars due to two dead lightbulbs out of four lamps, the cable TV system requires a cable box which was not all that easy to navigate, and the cable box was unplugged behind the large TV cabinet, so it took some effort and time to figure out what was wrong. All of that should have been checked by housekeeping. But I would stay again."

"My wife, me, and our 12 year old grandson had a very memorable stay at Hyatt Place. As a retired custodian, I found our room impressively clean. The staff were both curious and helpful. I recommend (if available) paying for the underground parking. My grandson and I had a blast swimming in the indoor pool (which I also found extremely clean). Big windows and electric privacy blinds. The view from our room was such a bonus... In addition, after you get settled in your room, I recommend ordering from the famous Gumby's Pizza. Their Poké Dipping Sticks are like no other! You are guaranteed to enjoy a solid ★★★★ breakfast in the morning as well. We even found time for a quick nap and another good swim before checking out. Overlooking a few minor details, for the price, I give Hyatt Place FIVE STARS ✨️ hands down! We will definitely return in the near future."
