"I booked this hotel because the website stated the pool was open May through September. When I arrived that evening with 2 excited kids, we were told the pool did not open until the END of May. I am certain guests would like to know when this amenity is and is not available before booking."

"Stayed for three days . asked everyday for someone to fix my TV, did not work at all. Several people came but none fixed . Said internet did not reach my room. Then why was I paying for a TV? "When my mom and I first got there there was no one at the desk and there was another couple waiting to be helped. The guy didn’t come out from the back room for 10 min. After he helped the couple, I gave him my ID and credit card I reserved the room with and was told he couldn’t accept my card because the last blame didn’t match what was on my ID. "The room was ready a short time before 3 which was helpful. We were able to check in an get dressed for a wedding that was at 4. The room was clean and modern. The lounge area was bright and inviting. We met friends downstairs for breakfast, it was enough variety to choose from. Overall a great comfortable stay and we would stay again if ever in the area."
