Nice stay

We enjoyed our stay. Sharka in the restaurant was amazing! So friendly and accommodating!! The pool was nice. This location is really not walkable.

Potential scam staff

Be extremely careful here!! They attempted to scam me as I left by overcharging me, my view is the guy was attempting to over charge me and steal the difference out of the till. It was only due to my insistence and loud voice that a manager came over and thankfully picked up on his behaviour. I would never stay here again if this guy still works there, despite the place being nice overall.

L'hotel è bello e ben tenuto, la camera (una quadrupla) spaziosa e pulita, colazione abbastanza ricca e varia, con bevande calde espresse (non da distributore). Tuttavia il mio giudizio non puó essere del tutto positivo per 2 motivi: 1. La camera quadrupla è costituita da due ambienti, una camera tripla e una singola. Nella singola, il condizionatore non funzionava. Segnalato subito il problema al nostro arrivo, non è stato risolto (e non ci è stato offerto un cambio di stanza). Era una giornata caldissima e in camera era davvero molto caldo (quindi dormito malissimo). 2. La piscina non era accessibile. Siamo arrivati alle 18 e ci hanno detto che non era possibile fare un bagno perchè a breve sarebbe iniziato un ricevimento e la piscina doveva essere usata come scenografia per le foto. Alle 1930 circa siamo usciti per cenare, ma il ricevimento (la festa di una bambina) non era ancora iniziato. Avevo scelto questa struttura come tappa intermedia di un lungo viaggio in auto da nord a sud, esclusivamente perchè vicina all'autostrada e perché dotata di piscina esterna (immaginavo un bagno rinfrescante dopo ore di viaggio). Se la piscina (uno dei principali servizi) non è utilizzabile, andrebbe segnalato nel sito (sito che comprende una sezione di eventi/news aggiornabile). Alla partenza, abbiamo notato che l'insegna dell'hotel indica "piscina per ricevimenti": peccato che nei siti internet non sia indicato che la piscina è solo per i ricevimenti e non per tutti gli ospiti!

Non giudico l’hotel in quanto nulla di speciale. Ho prenotato questo hotel per spezzare un viaggio di lavoro SOLO E SOLTANTO PER LA SPA. al mio arrivo la Spa era chiusa ed in manutenzione. Ci può stare per carità, ma andrebbe SEGNALATO SUL SITO O NEI VARI SITI DI PRENOTAZIONE cosicché il cliente possa scegliere liberamente. Ho speso di più, ho perso tempo e nulla mi è stato riconosciuto.
